Well after a 10 day hiatus in Europe I’m back in NYand am ready to get back to Pessimet blogging. Over the next few days I’ll be looking to bring some new and fresh ideas to the site and will try to make it more interactive.

I see the Mets are off to a mediocre start at 6-6. From what I’ve seen the offense once again is lacking in the clutch department. I believe we’ve left 100 runners on base in 12 games, which is horrible. The bullpen though is tops in the league and will be a strength as long as we don’t have to heavily rely upon it. I believe the offense will round into form as its still very early. Lets not chop Jerry’s head off just yet (not bunting with Tatis). I’d rather be playing our best ball in September this year and not in April.
