3:10p The Mets won’t have to face Phillies closer Brad Lidge in this three game series as he’s been placed on the DL retroactive to June 7th with a sprained knee. After not blowing any saves last season, he’s already blow six including two in the past week.
I was kind of hoping to face Lidge and beat him this week. Ryan Madson will take over the closer duties for him in the mean time.
