According to a tweet by Rob Bradford a major league source has told WEEI.com that one MLB has went beyond four years for Bay. Earlier in the day Bay had rejected the Red Sox offer.
Hmm, could the mystery team be the Mets? It wouldnt surprise me. If true, lets hope this isn’t the biggest move the Mets make this offseason. Stay tuned folks.
